Hot Showers/Baths - Lately I have been taking a lot of incredibly hot showers to reduce my pain. A lot of you have heating pads or heated blankets, which is a lot like this. The heat seems to relax my muscles and helps me relax overall. I also do some stretching while under the water to help loosen myself up even more.

It feels absolutely wonderful, so I just thought I’d share!

Yes! Whether you’re in pain or cranky or maybe today felt closer to fine, a warm bath soothes the mind and body!

P.S. add Epsom salts for pain/inflammation relief and essential oils for natural fragrance and healing.
